Ojaswi Himalayan Resort

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ojaswi Himalayan Resort in Mukteshwar, and a big part of that was thanks to Chef Amar Singh and his incredible team. The food was truly exceptional—every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and felt both comforting and refined at the same time. You can tell there’s real passion and skill behind the kitchen, and that credit goes not just to the chef but to the entire team involved in preparing the meals. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Chef Amar Singh was incredibly warm, welcoming, and took the time to interact with guests, making everything feel personal. The staff serving the meals were equally attentive, courteous, and ensured that everything was perfect throughout. Great food is expected at a good resort, but it’s the people who truly elevate the experience—and this team does it beautifully. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this resort again, and just like our previous visit, it was absolutely wonderful! A special mention to Deepak Aryan, the manager, who truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of. We stayed at Ojaswi Himalayan Resort, Mukteshwar for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful with breathtaking room views and a lovely infinity swimming pool. The staff members are very cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Special thanks to Head Chef Mr. Amarsingh for serving such delicious and tasty food. His hospitality and cooking skills truly made our stay even more memorable.
