Good Staff .. Great service .. Great Hospitality ... Clean rooms .. Well maintained this kind of vintage property ... Best Thing is breakfast in their outdoor sitting area .. Perfect place to stay & relax ... location is lil elevated but staff hospitality makes it completely worth it ... Kudos to Krishn (Night Team) & chef is amazing who knows how to make taste buds completely satisfy.. Overall perfect & pleasant stay... Highly recommened...

Most hotels at Mall of Nainital have parking issue . Where as this one has ample of parking and market is at walking distance. You need to be careful about last 150 mtr climb if you are not an expert hill driver.

Everything was perfectly fine and it was a very good experience with a good service staff and with a beautiful view and it’s a vintage hotel must visit once with 5 star service and in a 5 star hotel with a beautiful location and garden area is too beautiful with the view and rooms are good and spacious and must try super deluxe one. We were 5 people and had a very good time in this chevron fairheaven hotel
