Waking up to the misty mountains and watching the sunset from the balcony was worth every penny. The location is unmatched.The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations.Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. The resort perfectly blends modern amenities with rustic charm. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with world-class hospitality and stunning scenery, look no further. Recently spent some time at Shervani Hilltop Nainital and the overall experience felt very peaceful and comfortable. The property is surrounded by greenery and has a calm atmosphere that makes it ideal for relaxing away from crowded tourist areas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and maintained properly, while the overall ambience of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Staff members were courteous and handled everything smoothly throughout the visit. The food quality was good, and the outdoor seating areas added nicely to the mountain experience. What I liked most was the quiet environment and fresh weather around the property, especially during mornings and evenings. Overall, it felt like a well-maintained and comfortable place for a relaxed stay in Nainital with family, friends, or as a couple.

Had an excellent stay at Shervani Hilltop. I had booked Premium rooms on the 2nd floor, but due to my mother’s injury, climbing stairs was difficult for her. We explained the situation to Miss Mahima at the front desk, and she was incredibly kind and helpful in upgrading both our rooms to Superior category, as those were the only rooms available on the ground floor. Her prompt support and thoughtful gesture made a big difference to our stay, and I’m especially grateful to her. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Excellent food, great location, comfortable rooms, and very good service throughout. Special thanks again to Miss Mahima for her exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Resort for 2 nights in June 2026. Its a luxurious resort with beautiful gardens and outside sitting area. The live music band in the evening is excellent to relax and enjoy the dinner. The resort is at a prime location near to Mallital and High court. Was overwhelmed with the courteous staff : Lalit, Sumit & Mahima. The Nursery Cafe serves good snacks. Big plus point is the 24*7, free pick up and drop taxi facility available at the resort in case you wish to visit Mall road. However, the washrooms should have been slightly bigger. The route to reach the resort is a steep & narrow road (driving advisable only for expert hill drivers). Will surely visit again.
