The Chamomile Estate

We had an amazing family vacation here with young kids and teenagers, and everyone loved it. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by misty mountains. We visited in early August, and the weather made the experience even more magical. The resort is easy to reach, and there isn't any difficult climb. Everything is very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with premium fittings and beautiful interiors. The common areas are equally clean and inviting. There are plenty of activities to keep children entertained, including a ball pit, toys, table tennis, badminton, carrom, board games, and a cozy library nook with a fireplace. The evening bonfire was a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious with a great mix of North Indian, South Indian, and local mountain dishes. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kundan Singh for arranging a bonfire for us at such short notice. Thank you to the owners and the entire team for creating such a wonderful place. We left with beautiful memories and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bhimtal or Mukteshwar area.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Chamomile Estate, Guniyalekh, and it was exactly the break our family needed. If you're travelling with kids, this place is a gem. There are plenty of games, small treks and open spaces to explore, keeping children happily engaged while parents get a chance to truly relax. The rooms are comfortable, the views are spectacular, and surprisingly, the network connectivity is quite good too. The food deserves a special mention—absolutely finger-licking delicious! Every meal felt homely and made with care. The staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can clearly see the effort the owners have put into creating an experience rather than just a stay. The highlights for us were relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching a movie on the outdoor projector under the stars, and witnessing one of the most beautiful night skies we've ever seen. We even spotted a shooting star for the first time and could make out the Milky Way—something truly magical. Located a couple of hours away from the crowds and commercialization of Nainital, Chamomile Estate offers peace, fresh air, and serenity that's becoming increasingly rare. The only traffic here seems to be birds, clouds, and excited kids running around! A perfect getaway for families, nature lovers, and anyone looking to disconnect from noise and reconnect with simple joys. We left with happy memories, full stomachs, and a promise to return. Highly recommended!

To celebrate New Year’s, we had gone to Chamomile Estate We were a group of five couples along with children Chamomile Estate felt like home to us. Stay was very comfortable and food was delicious. Rooms have beautiful views and are very cosy with all latest amenities. Beautiful lawn to site outside in open leading to small track. There are 2 lounge areas to site inside which were very warm in chilling winter. Property has a big hot Jacuzzi and steam which pampers after a long journey to the Estate. Staff is vey polite with prompt service. Mornings felt heavenly and sky at night was so bright with stars. We stayed there for two nights which felt too lash after staying in this marvelous Property Overall It was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this property if you’re going with your family or friends.

What truly stood out was the food — every meal was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care goes into the dining experience. A special mention to Ramesh and Ganesh, whose hospitality made the stay even more memorable. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times. The overall experience felt personal, peaceful, and indulgent — exactly what you hope for when you take a break.
