The hotel staff is courteous, delightful and eager to help. Chandresh Ji, Gopal Ji, Vijay, Pankaj, etc made our trip memorable & did everything to make us feel comfortable.nnThe hotel is very clean & overall environment is pleasant and welcoming.

Amazing old property , nice spacious rooms, amazing service . The food was delicious but a special thanks to Mr . Vijay Kumar from the Regent dining who fed us some scrumptious pahadi dinner native of Uttarakhand. nnI would highly recommend the property which is a bit secluded from the rumble of the Mall Road .

Thats a fantastic hotel its a best property in the Nainital all are helpful The staff was very polite. i have an allergy to some kind of food and I always face problems staying outside but chef manoj help me alot. he and his team did great job. The service department is also very helpful especially Mr kalidass. Thank you guys

Great staff , excellent service and the food was to die for . I love breakfast buffet.food is the main usp. I want mention 2 name here 1st one is chef Manoj he is a great man i love his enthusiastic behaviour and also a great chef. And secondly,nMr. Lalit for his cleanliness of the room. Loved the service and special appreciation for me Manoj. After talking to chef Manoj he served us the way we wanted. As my family is from Maharashtra this was our first experience in Nainital. Travelled with family, parents also liked the food which was served.

Awsome stay, Staff was very helpful, cooperative. Riverside. Nice property. Well mantained. Food was very good. Children family. Rooms were good as well. Listening to Flute, River sound in the morning with masala tea was an awsome experience.

It is certainly a worthy experience if you appreciate luxury, nature & wildlife. Enjoy food? It will be a cherry on top. The co-existence of nature & luxury is truly inspiring. The variety of birds and trees planted here are also awe inspiring. I spotted an oriental pied hornbill just on top of the resorts reception. It speaks volumes about how the birds also feel at home within the Resort area. The staff at Aahana resort were helpful and due to them only we were able to spot a tiger!

The resort is beautiful and location is unbeatable.serviice was prompt and flexy.things got done on promptly staff is well trained courteous and efficient food was great.i would recommend this resort whole heartedly to vecationers as well as for those who plan to host destination wedding.room are spacious....very nice place for wedding..nThanks team resort by the baagh...
