The hotel staff is courteous, delightful and eager to help. Chandresh Ji, Gopal Ji, Vijay, Pankaj, etc made our trip memorable & did everything to make us feel comfortable.nnThe hotel is very clean & overall environment is pleasant and welcoming.

Amazing old property , nice spacious rooms, amazing service . The food was delicious but a special thanks to Mr . Vijay Kumar from the Regent dining who fed us some scrumptious pahadi dinner native of Uttarakhand. nnI would highly recommend the property which is a bit secluded from the rumble of the Mall Road .

The royal heritage nainital is a beautiful heritage hotel near lake and mall road. These distances are easily accessible from the hotel.nnI want to mention two things particularlynn1 - Hotel staff are highly cooperative and helpful, nWhatever I ask they never say no to anything with a nice gesture.nn2 - Food quality is highly commendable , we had our breakfast and dinner in the plan so the number of items and quality is above expectations.nnSome suggestions :nnThe room should have a music system as we were a couple so it could add more value to the room and stay.nnThe ventilation window should have dark curtains so that the light and visibility could choke although it was in the living room.nnOverall a nice stay and amazing experience.nnAll thanks to Mr. Chandresh Bisht ( Hotel Manager )

We checked out yesterday from this property (which is one of the finest in Nainital). You will feel nostalgic about the flora they have developed around the whole property.nnYou will be mesmerized by the British architecture and the interiors. The family suites are pretty spacious, well maintained, and have all the amenities needed for a family stay.nnTheir staff is also very courteous and softspoken. I will like to recommend Ravi, Gopal, and Pankaj Kohli who took good care of our needs during our stay. The food is also fairly decent. nnIf you are a group and dont want to compromise about your stay in Nainital then do endorse this hotel and I am very sure you wont repent your decision.

This property is awsome… we had a wonderful stay there… rooms are very much spacious… location is very good..staffs are very much caring… they are always at your service… foods are also good… my family also liked the property very much… you can have a royal feeling while staying there

The hotel location is very close to mall road and bada bazaar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mr Chandresh (booking manager), Mr Gopal, Govind, Basant and Gopal in restaurant. Food was a bit less spicy, but if you request the chef to make it spicy, he will do it. Rooms were quite big and spacious. There is limited view from the hotel, however, the lobby/reception area is quite decent. Will definitely revisit here. 🙂

One of the best hotels in Nainital ( in real sense Royal Heritage) specious cosy rooms, very polite staff particularly Mr Chandresh Bist, the General Manager goes into small small requirements of guests and tuned his staff accordingly, delicious food, wonderful services and above all nice location.nOne should not miss.

Hello everyone,nThose who are planning on accommodating in this hotel, its a perfect one. The advantage is that the people who provided services to us are really good. The main usp of this hotel is the food and the live band in the eveing ( which keeps a perfect vibe ). The also great thing is the loaction which is great in terms of local connectivity i.e the local market is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. nTalking about staff Mr. Chandresh who really made us feel welcomed and kudos to the live band people Mr.ravi, gaurav , vishal and nitin. nAnd also the food over here is really tasty cooked by Mr. gopal and vasant and Hygiene is also Top-notch.

We visited Nainital for the first time on 1st July 2022 and booked Royal Heritage on a friends recommendation.nMy Friend called the hotel reception and got a great deal with the help of Mr.Chandresh, hotel manager(very courteous and polite)nSuch an amazing hospitality and awesome staff.nnInitially we didnt include meals with the booking but after ordering veg manchurian and fried rice once, we loved the quality+quantity , further decided to take meal option as well.nnWhen we entered the banquet hall for dinner, we were greeted so cordially by the musician band which sang kishore kumar songs alongside guitar.nnApart from the nice spacious and very clean rooms, the washroom was quite big and very well maintained. I loved the ambience and vintage feel all around this beautiful hotel. Its surrounded by vast variety of greenery and seasonal flowers.nThis place was built by Britishers and still has that same charm all around. Apart from the garden area and nice jhulas to just sit and enjoy the beauty, this place also has a recreation section, built by Britishers itself. It has a piano from 1900s and table tennis setup to indulge in mindfulness.nnThis hotel offers peace amidst the crowded hotels surrounding Naini Lake, it feels like home.nHaving its own parking place, we can also invite our cab/ride for pickup.nnWe stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed multiple cuisines including south indian food as well.nnWhat an amazing experience , I recommend this place to everyone who is planning to visit this beautiful serene gift of nature at Nainital.nnAdding few snaps of the place.nnMust visit!

We two couples stayed at Royal Heritage, Nainital from 9th to 12th July 2022. For Booking I contacted Mr Chandresh and right from there I had this feeling that I am going to have good time in Nainital. Booking, checking in was very smooth. The stay was very comfortable, always smiling hotel staff with ready to help in any manner. Chandresh is Manager there he makes you feel so comfortable and you feel good while talking to him. Food is just divine, very delicious, with so many varieties, Mr Basant is incharge of Dining area, he is always eager to serve the best, an excellent host. We 6 ladies stayed in Family Villa , which comprised of two spacious rooms with two attached washrooms & a dressing area. The villa had a private covered verandah overlooking the beautiful lush green mountains . nThe furnitures, fixtures, flooring & the ceiling all gave a heritage look. nThe hotel provided extra beddings which could be placed in the spacious wooden flooring which made our stay more comfortable . nThe plus points of the hotel are : a) Complimentary breakfast & dinner , both were very tasty , well laid out and had enough variety nb) Ample parking inside the hotel premise is available nC) Well located at a close proximity to Lake , market & Mall Road nd) Helpful & respectful staff gave promt service ne) Entire hotel premise is beautifully landscaped, neat & clean with greenary all around .nLastly but not the least ie the efficient management of Mr Chandresh Bisht who was always available at our service . nI will highly recommend the place for a relaxing stay for all age groups.
