Thats a fantastic hotel its a best property in the Nainital all are helpful The staff was very polite. i have an allergy to some kind of food and I always face problems staying outside but chef manoj help me alot. he and his team did great job. The service department is also very helpful especially Mr kalidass. Thank you guys

Great staff , excellent service and the food was to die for . I love breakfast buffet.food is the main usp. I want mention 2 name here 1st one is chef Manoj he is a great man i love his enthusiastic behaviour and also a great chef. And secondly,nMr. Lalit for his cleanliness of the room. Loved the service and special appreciation for me Manoj. After talking to chef Manoj he served us the way we wanted. As my family is from Maharashtra this was our first experience in Nainital. Travelled with family, parents also liked the food which was served.

Pros: n- Very good and prompt service n- Hassle free check in n- Good food n- Staff helpful - went beyond to help us get medicines( my wife was sick) + got my kid sausages when none were available. n- great heating in the room nnCons: n- location is a bit uphill from main market and climb is steep and narrown- despite it being on hilltop no views in the roomsn- expensive for what is on offer (this is not a premium property but price is premium) n- toddler room needs some maintenance - e.g piano wasn’t working when we visited

To stay at shervani such a memorable experience for us, its a boutique hotel, not far from Mall road. I read lots of review on trip advisor and Google reviews and I am fully satisfied of all service provide by hotel team. I am shareing my experience with all of people whose planing for nainital. nIf you want healthy and nutrition food, shervani provide delicious food, they serve Indian, Chinese, south Indian, continental, Italian, bar be que etc. In buffet lots of mouthwatering dishes full of flavour. In dining area you will seeing chef Manoj to talk about food and asking about your choice. He is a young, fit and dynamic chef I ever seen. I was on diet due to some medical issue but really I ate a lot. Thank you chef. nI would like to say that according location and services you are really HILLTOP.

Nice and enjoyable stay at the Shervani hotel. nThe entire staff was quite cooperative.nHousekeeping staff ensured the cleanliness was well maintained be it was our room or the dining hall.nThe reception staff was also quite attentive and well responding to all our queries.nThe buffet offered during breakfast and dinner, was just incredible! Multi cuisine menu with personal attention to each guests is something that helps this hotel to standout. The chefs ensured that the guests are getting the food of their choice for instance hot fresh breads, freshly prepared noodles and many more.nI also appreciate hotel staff’s help in arranging medicines for me as I was down with fever due to cold waves and low temperature in Nanital at the time of my visit.nAll in all, this is place you can come to cherish a complete experience right from great hospitality to scrumptious food and lastly the scenic beauty this hotel is surrounded with.

We visited the shervani hilltop weekend of new year and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The hotel was quite extravagant and the service was extraordinary and very generous. Room was very spacious with a beautiful architecture and definitely perfect for family. It was a treat to be so close to nature. True to its name HILLTOP The food is a example of perfection, you defenitly love. Chef manoj and team is very polite. Thank you chef. you are a jwell of shervani. ???????

Really Fabulous memories gathered during Nainital stay at HOTEL SHERVANI HILLTOP. Room space and cleanliness was excellent ?. All the serving staff were very cooperative and kind enough. Hotel garden and amenities were upto mark. Kids zone was very good, kids were busy and engaged in multiple activities. Overall memorable experience.

It was an amazing experience staying at Shervani hilltop nainital. From booking to hotel staff, food, services everything went satisfactory for us. The resort has a perfect view of hills quite near to the mall road with pick/drop services available. Nainital the charming city of lakes it was wonderful visiting after a long gap of years and choosing Shervani among all the top properties was a perfect decision. Highly recommended to everyone. Rooms were great and the service by the hotel staff was good. nnWe fell sick due to food poisoning before coming here due to food consumed at a restaurant in Mussoorie. The hotel kitchen staff at Shervani were kind enough to prepare food and deliver to our rooms as per our requirements in view of our condition.nnPer hotel staff, there was no private clinic or Hospital with the locality of Nainital as per the reception team. Surprising ... but we had medications of our own which we consumed. We managed to recover before we left for Delhi.nnThe shuttle service to the city was good as the road leading to the hotel is pretty narrow.nnThe live entertainment at the restaurant at nighty was very good, Nice everlasting old songs.

Our booking was for two Superior Double rooms. The rooms are in three levels. When we checked in, the lower level rooms were all occupied. We being all Senior Citizens, they realised the difficulty. Next day the rooms were changed to ground level rooms. It seems it was thought by them first even before our request. The hospitality on every count was par excellence.

Stayed at this beautiful property for two nights and had a wonderful and memorable experience. nThe property is extremely beautiful with well maintained lawns and gardens provided with a lot of sit out areas. Each and every corner outdoors is nicely decorated. Rooms are meticulously clean, well equipped with amenities and very comfortable.nFood is amazing, breakfast and dinner buffets have various options and preparations and presentation is fantastic.nTalking about staff, I would say that right from security, restaurant staff and housekeeping to reception staff and management, each and everyone is extremely competent and exceptional in customer service. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Manoj Mathval whom I spoke to over the phone for a few times, he was extremely patient with me and organised the best deal for us. Manager Mr. Jeevan Bisht -thank you Sir for always checking on us and ensuring that the stay was comfortable.nReception staff Mr. Saurabh Punder for being so welcoming and Miss Sia Arya for being so lovely and sweet always. Mr. Kalidas - the restaurant incharge, thank you so much Sir for being so cheerful always, it’s wonderful to meet people like you. A beautiful location for a family retreat. The hotel has exceptional staff and food which will be appreciated by people from all backgrounds... the room we lived in was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and looked after us during our entire stay. The kids play area is amazing.

Beautiful place and the food is the best part. Loved the polite staff and everything was great. nnWould definitely recommend staying here if visiting Nainital. The location is also good and they provide shuttle to the city center.

We had a 5 star experience at this place , starting from the beautiful views outside the room to the amenities available at the property.. The manager , Jeevan Ji, had been so cooperative since the booking was done. The location is perfect, daily live singing sessions during dinner add more taste to the amazing food.. I would really like to appreciate the activity room which had almost everything that we can think of, and so nicely maintained. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a cherry on the top. The best property in Nainital as per my experience . Highly recommends.

It is a very good hotel. All facility, food, staff behavior very good. Sia, Kali Dass, Virendra Singh are the few names I remember now. All the best to the Shervani team. Chef was very good. He prepared food item specially for us.

We spent such a lovely time with shervani hospitality, a example of truly guest assist. Everyone is trying for our comfort. We order for Thai food chef Manoj and team make it sooooo yummyyyy. Its really mouthwatering. If you love flowers its full of greenary. For kids there is a toddlers room, pool, kite flying etc. Its was my first visit at nainital and shervani make it memorable. Stayed 3 night with the family at the Shervani Hilltop hotel in Nainital. The attention of the staff was great with every small detail looked into. Also, the food prepared by Chef Manoj at the hotel was fabulous. He was able to tailor make some dishes to our liking due to his experience working in Singapore and he left us in awe with the exquisite taste of the food he prepared for us. I would go as far as to say that the food prepared by him is by far the best food we have had in our 16 day North India trip. Choose this hotel for amazing food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff who are kind and caring!

We stayed at Shervani Hilltop from 18-23 October 2022. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff are very courteous and helpful. nIn particular the restaurant servers and manager made us feel very welcome. We were travelling with our 3 year old so often had custom food requests for him, such as without chilli food or khichdi and everything was provided promptly and happily. The food was always warm, fresh and very tasty. nThe pick-up and drop service for mall road was great too. The car used to be always available in hotel lobby to take us to town and arrived within 5-10 mins for pick-up after we placed a request. nThe hotel was well maintained and has beautiful mountain views. The lawns were lush green and our son enjoyed in the childrens play-room too. If we visit Nainital again, we will be staying with them.

Stay at Shervani is one of the most fulfilling experience.. Third time in Nainital but by far the best .. Hospitality is great and the staff is very neatly dressed and cordial... Been there on last weekend. The property is simply amazing and is the best in Nainital. Spacious & Luxury Rooms with centralised heating. A Good Lawn with some slides for kids. nnNow lets come to appreciate the Staff. Staff here is so supportive and are always having smile on face. They are so friendly.nnNow the best part of Shervani Hilltop is food. I can guarantee that no other resort or hotel can match the taste of Shervanis food. It was amazing.
